• The team incorporates specific trolleys for transferring all the elements for a complete modulation of 12m2 of facade scaffolding (frame or multidirectional). This allows the operator to easily and safely load and transport the material from the unloading or collection point to the point of installation.
• Once the loaded trolley is positioned in front of the lifting equipment, it is coupled to it and lifts the entire trolley up to the height where the fitter is performing the installation.
• In this way, the fitter will have a small warehouse at his height, with the content to install 12m2. of façade scaffolding, using this system, the assembler will take, in the safest and most ergonomic way on the market, the part he needs (trays, horizontals, verticals, staples, etc ...) to proceed directly to its installation.
• At the same time that the height assembly is being carried out in this way, the operator on the ground floor will carry out the loading of a second trolley in parallel, so that when the first vacuum descends, a full second will be loaded. In this simple way it is possible to drastically improve the performance in the assembly.
• Other general cargo carts are available as well as other special products. Intended for intermediate construction / rehabilitation or maintenance tasks to be carried out.
